Terms & Conditions

Once payment has been processed, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
General Class Arrangement and Rules
All online classes are conducted on Zoom, please make sure the zoom application has been installed before class.
All materials will be sent via email or Whatsapp before class. Please prepare all the required software before class.
All classes MUST NOT be recorded. If we find any classes being recorded, the student will be terminated immediately with no refund.
The enrolled course can only be attended by the registered student. If we find any classes being shared without our consent, the student will be terminated immediately with no refund.
All the class materials such as notes MUST NOT be shared with other students. If any cases are found, the student will be terminated immediately with no refund.
If students are not following classroom rules and create negative impact(s) towards other students, SUP Education reserves the right to discontinue a student’s enrollment at any time.
Please be punctual. If students are late for class, no extra time will be given. Please make sure you have set up all the required materials (such as required software, zoom app etc.) before the class.
SUP Education reserves the right to amend the course details, structure or materials without prior notice. For the most updated details, please contact SUP Education directly.
Payment Terms
Enrolment is only confirmed upon successful payment confirmation.
Tuition has to be settled no later than 48 hours after confirming the course schedule.
If Tuition has not been settled within 48 hours after confirmation, the time-slots will be released to the public.
Payment record (print-screened is also accepted) has to be sent to SUP Education. SUP Education reserves the right to discontinue a student’s enrolment at any time due to non-received tuition fee or delay.
No refund will be issued once the student’s placement has been confirmed.
Tuition must be paid at the time of registration via PayMe, FPS or Bank Transfer.
SUP Education reserves the right to change any payment method without prior notice.
SUP Education reserves the right to amend the course fee without prior notice. For the most updated tuition fee, please contact SUP Education directly.
Class Re-arrangement and Cancellation Policy
For all the group classes reschedule requests, class should be rescheduled as a group, i.e. if 1 student has to reschedule the class(es), the class should be rescheduled as a group.
For all the reschedule requests, 48 hours in advance notice via Whatsapp must be given. Our team will contact you for rescheduling. Failure to give notice will result in forfeiture of lesson fee and no make-up class will be made.
Refunds of tuition will only be issued when the classes are cancelled by SUP Education.
For all the coding camps, no class reschedules, cancellation and refunds are allowed for any unattended classes.
Sick Leave Policy
For sick leave applications, parents/ guardians are required to notify SUP Education via Whatsapp (+852 9243 7915). Doctor’s certificate has to be submitted for make-up class.
For any coding camps, class reschedules are not allowed under normal circumstances. However, SUP Education will try to arrange make-up classes for sick leave applicants.
Discount Terms
Referral Discount
Referral Discount with HK$100 Voucher will be offered to referee if a student is successfully referred. Referral Discount can be redeemed on next course enrolment.
The referral must enroll in at least one course and confirm the payment.
The referral must not be an existing student at SUP Education.
The referral must present the referee’s phone number to SUP Education.
This discount cannot be redeemed as cash, refund or change
This discount cannot be transferred to anyone.
This discount can only be applicable for next course enrollment.
Bundle Discount
If you enroll in 2 courses or above, you can enjoy HK$100 off immediately.
The bundle discount can only be applied for more than one student (It has to be under the same parent’s account)
If you enroll 3 courses at the same time, another HK$100 off will be offered and so on.
This discount cannot be redeemed as cash, refund or change.
This discount cannot be transferred to anyone.
Arrangements under inclement weather conditions
In-person Class Arrangements during Typhoons and Rainstorms
Amber Rainstorm Signal and Typhoon Signal No.3:
All classes will proceed as scheduled.
Red/Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon Signal No.8 and No.10:
If the signal is issued 1 hour before your class, it will be canceled and rescheduled. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the new arrangements.
If the signal is issued during the class, the class will continue as usual. Please ensure that a guardian or parent is available to pick up the student at the scheduled end time.
Online Class Continuity Policy
We are committed to providing uninterrupted learning opportunities for our students. Therefore, all online classes will continue as scheduled under any circumstances.
Regardless of external factors such as typhoons or rainstorms, our online classes will proceed as planned. This ensures that students can continue their learning journey without disruption.
SUP Education Limited reserves the right to change the T&C at any time without prior notice.
SUP Education Limited reserves the right of final decision and interpretation when disputes arise.
